How I Was Going The Wrong Way About Losing My Fat Chest

Posted on Posted in Uncategorized

Looking back I made a lot of mistakes trying to lose my chest fat. My first is I did not have the information to get the job, or the information I had was false. Some people may say you learn from your mistakes but when it comes down to your physical appearance I believe getting the job done right the first time is the way to go.

A simple beginner mistake I was making when I first started to do a little weight lifting exercises for my man boobs was spot training. All I was doing was chest exercises and nothing else except for maybe some bicep exercises. Even when I did cardio I was focused primarily on my chest. I now know if you want to have well defined pectoral muscle you cannot spot reduce or build.

Losing chest fat can not only be lost from the chest you must take an overall approach to losing body fat. It is oftentimes stomach area and chest area for a man that the fat will diminish from last. It is a major bummer but that is how it is for most men.

I’m going to go into specific detail about how to get rid of man boobs and get a chiseled, sexy chest. Let’s face it, all women are turned on by a sexy man with muscles, no matter what they say, and you could be one of them with a little bit of effort!

Before I tell you how to lose man boobs, you have to understand this. There is no such thing as spot reducing. What do I mean by this? Well you cannot lose fat just from one area of the body, and not anywhere else. Millions of men around the world want to get a six pack, and they spent hundreds of dollars on ab belts, when they just don’t work to burn fat.

If you want to learn how to get rid of man boobs, you need to understand that burning fat requires you to perform intense workouts, because when you burn fat, you are burning it from all over the body, not just one area! The plus to this is that, when you get rid of man boobs, you’ll also be well on your way to getting a six pack too!

So I guess you’re thinking what is the best way to burn fat? Well according to Turbulence Training, you should be avoiding long, medium paced cardio workouts and instead be concentrating on high intense, resistance training. This involves lifting heavy weight, but only performing a few reps. this targets huge calorie burning and targets different muscle fibers as well.

Another thing is that you don’t need to train 6 days a week when you are doing resistance training. In fact, you only really need to be performing these workouts around 3 times per week, lasting 45 minutes a session. This is all you need, because contrary to popular belief, you do not build lean muscle in the gym, you burn fat and build muscle when you rest!

This brings me onto my next point. Nutrition is a really big factor when it comes to fat loss and muscle building. You can’t just do really great workouts but then hit up your local fat food outlet, forget it! You should be focusing on a high protein diet, which aids in building muscle, supplement with multiminerale /vitamin and I also recommend adding Hgh to help you gain lean body mass easily, the best hgh supplements that I was able to find were in this store so make sure to take a look.

Having the right diet plan and performing the right workouts can be tough, but if you follow everything in Turbulence Training to the T, then you will have no problem.
